By using Koulchi you accept these terms. Koulchi is an independent, informational directory and is not a government service.
What Koulchi is
- Koulchi lists links to official Algerian government portals and citizen applications, organised by category, plus an AI assistant that helps you find the right link.
- Koulchi is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any Algerian ministry, agency or public operator.
No administrative processing
- Koulchi does not issue documents, does not process applications and does not intervene in any administrative procedure. All procedures are completed on the official website you are redirected to.
Accuracy and availability
- We work to keep links accurate, but official portals change addresses, go offline or restrict access by region. Information is provided as is, without warranty.
- The AI assistant can be wrong or incomplete. Always confirm on the official portal before acting.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Koulchi to break the law, to scrape it at a scale that harms the service, or to misrepresent it as an official government platform.
Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, Koulchi is not liable for losses resulting from use of the site, from broken or outdated links, or from content on external websites.
Changes
- We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
